 I just wanted to let you know that we appreciated your patience with us this past year. If we were to say anything to your future clients, we would tell them the following:
 
   Melanie was referred to us by a family member. We have since used Melanie in two transactions over the course of one year. Melanie has a keen memory of small details. She never bothered us with the little details, and always called us about the important ones. Over the past year, we feel she has become our friend, but she is always a professional. It never took Melanie long to return a phone call, or even rush up to our place to make a bed or do a little cleaning that I had forgotten before a showing!! Talk about going the extra mile. She even came up once when we forgot our keys and we were locked out. Melanie was caring about our pets, and our dog loves her, and hes super excited when he sees her. She is great with children and know what families need. She is great at knowing and learning what a family wants out of a home, and really keeps in touch with potential buyers.
   In a tough market, Melanie persists with all of her advertising. One of my boys was in the McDonalds bathroom. and came out with a flyer saying "Look! Our house was stuck to my shoe!" We saw our home advertised a lot, so I am sure that other people did too.
   When we needed to purchase another home quickly, Melanie rose to the occasion and took care of all the details in a last-minute time frame, with no issues. Out property inspector had nice things to say about her too!
  I have worked with approx. 4 other realtors in my life, and have never met someone who is much of a "People Pleaser" as Melanie is.

I recently bought some property though your office. It is nice to get in contact with an office that has people that act promptly when they get a requiest. We had been looking for propety in the Prince George area. I ha found property on MLS.ca listings and had inquired at other realty offices.
Guess what? No one, But no one got back to me!
When I contacted Melanie from your office she is the only one that had gotten back to me on the questions that I had been asking. To Whom it May Concern,
 
     My name is Mike Ray and I am a new home owner. My wife and I purchased our first home together on August 5th of this year after renting for the last three years. We knew what we wanted in a home, and were "overly optimistic" about what we would find in our prince range, and in a different city than where we had been living previously.
 
    We originally contaced Melanie telling her we wanted to start a search for a home, with certain criteria, in a lower price bracket...just to see what was out there. We went through a half-dozen or some homes at this initial price range, and came to the agreement that we needed to change our criteria, or change our price.. we agreed not to sacrifice a certian quality of living and increased our price.
 
    Throughout the next 2 weeks we went through nearly 20 different homes, at a range of almost $100,000, and found a home that peaked our interest. Melanie helped us gauge this potential home against the others we had seen, and did so in a very professional caring way, not trying to push us into anything. We eventually decided this home was the one we wanted, and put in an offer. after a day of successsful negotiating we came upon an agreed price and terms, and bought our new house.
 
    Melanie was great to work with, and provided us with a great wealth of resources and information. We were highly impressed with her and her fellow Real Estate associates that we quickly recommended her to a close friend who wanted to buy a revenue property from out of town. He too enjoyed working with Mealnie, and closed the deal on his new home within days of us.
