I was born and raised in Prince George and have had the priveledge of watching our beautiful city go thru many positive changes. My back ground  consists of working in the area of Customer Service and I enjoy getting to know my clients and have built many friendships by helping people thru the home buying/selling process. Buying a home?

Together we will determine the best property for you. With your help we will locate the ones  that best fit your desires through the listings, which we both have access to and the exclusive listings I can get information on. The For Sale By Owners I can check for you and if we don’t find the perfect home for Sale I will knock on doors and search for it.

Once we locate the property for you I will find out everything that you need to know about that

property from the Sellers and Other Agents and together we will view them and I will offer guidance, advice and feedback. With my advice you will then select a property to make an offer on that has the best location, in the best condition and the best price for you.

Under your direction I will then prepare for you a contract of purchase and sale with terms, inclusions and your offer. When the offer is accepted I will be the coordinator for all the  information involved in getting you to the subject removal date such as

financing, home inspections and appraisals.

My final job is to do my very best to ensure a smooth closing for services, payment and possession.

This initial agreement to purchase is only the beginning of a process of appraisals, inspections, and financing -- a lot of possible pitfalls that a legally binding contract written by myself will be more likely to make it through the process.

            Between the initial sales agreement and closing (completion and possession), questions may arise. For example, unexpected repairs are required to obtain financing or a cloud in the title is discovered. The required paperwork alone is overwhelming for most sellers. An agent is the best person to objectively help you resolve these issues and move the transaction to closing.
